How to cancel an order before I pay/after payment?
As for canceling order before payment, you can cancel it online directly, just login in then delete items whenever you want.
For canceling after payment,if your order is placed within one day, you can cancel it by contacting salesgirl via email or skype, then refund or replace.
If your order is being prepared more than 1 day, we are sorry we can’t cancel all the order, please contact the salesgirl for other advice.
