What should I do if my products are out of stock?

As the status of products is changing every minute, Trait Tech can not guarantee the availability of each product when clients place the order. But once we confirm if a item is out of stock or production, we will inform clients in time and recommend some similar items as replacement. If clients are not satisfied with the recommended items, you can select any items with equal price as replacement or get the refund for the out of stock items.
