Can you check my order on Trait before I make the payment, and let me know first if some items are in shortage now?

Yes sure. We will try our best to confirm the availability of the clients if it is in need and make sure the clients will not lose any penny on the out of stock items.

However, since our stock availability can change at any time, some available products may become out of stock when you make the payment. Therefore, you can pay us first, and if there’s unavailable products, we can refund or offer replacement products to you.
