If my order is lost, what should I do?

After the order is shipped out, we will help you to track the order tightly and make sure  it reaches to destination. Also you could purchase insurance for your order.

Please contact your local agent and report the lost package. Please also contact us timely. We will offer you full assistance and if necessary. If it is confirmed the package is lost by courier, we will send new order soon freely.
