Why I can’t track my goods according to your tracking number?

There are usually 2 reasons:

  1. The tracking link is not correct, so kindly confirm the tracking website is right.
  2. The tracking info does not update yet. As it takes some time to process and update the info after the order picked up by our agent. Kindly wait two or three days more after you receive the tracking number from Trait-Tech.
